The Settler sits along side the beautiful Little River.  The front porch offers a beautiful view of the valley and The Smoky Mountains.   The back porch overlooks the Little River and offers a 6-person hot tub.  Come and enjoy the natural setting near the river from your warm and comfortable hot tub.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen on the lower level with dining area.  Adjoining the kitchen is the living room area with a stone fireplace.  From the living area go on to the back porch to enjoy a beautiful view of the Little River.  Bedrooms are located on each level with windows to let you enjoy a river view.

The Settler offers the following features and amenities:
